Exploring Welld as a Program Participant
After you finish registration, you'll be take to the My Welld dashboard to explore all of the ways Welld helps you on your journey to health. The dashboard is broken up into five main sections in this order:
- Navigation menu on the left
- Program section
- Challenge section
- Upcoming Events
- My Action Plan and Goals
- My Education Assignments (you may not see this section if you have no videos to watch or PDFs to read).
- My Stats at the bottom.
Navigation Menu
Welld has a simple navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Use the three parallel lines icon () in the upper left of the navigation window to collapse the menu at any time. Clicking the three parallel lines again will return the menu.
You may also click on any Navigation bar item to be taken to that specific section.
Program section
For any program enrollment, click on the Program details link to the right of the program in the dashboard, or simply click the program name from the Nav bar on the left. See article on My Welld Program Enrollment Page.
Check Out Your Challenge
A challenge is a competition between your coworkers or your fellow health club members. Curious how you stack up? If you’ve enrolled in a challenge at your company or club, access a leaderboard to see how you are doing. Not all challenges use teams, so your screen may not match the one below exactly. Click the Challenge detail link from the Dashboard to see the details below.
Upcoming Events
Some programs host events that need your confirmed attendance. Click the response status (Attending/Not Attending/Not Responded) to change your RSVP status. Click the "Go to schedule" link to see the full list and page through the next weeks and months.
Action Plan
The Action Plan section of the Program Enrollment page can be used to track personal and program specific goals or Action Items. Action Items can also be organized into Action Groups (e.g. Group=Exercise, and Action Items=walk 3x per week). Note some programs will automatically set up Action items/goals, or you can add them on your own. For more info see the article on My Welld Action Plan.
Education
If your company, challenge, or program includes Educational Content (e.g YouTube, videos, PDFs to read) as part of your program, you can see them from the dashboard in the Education area. For more info see the article on My Welld Education.
My Stats
Welld allows you to track your activities and measurements, regardless of the device. You will see the My Stats section at the bottom of the dashboard. Go to "ADD CONNECTION" to see the dropdown of choices. You can add measurement, add activity, or add device. You can add measurement such as weight or blood pressure goals and measurements. You can add an additional activity like hiking, yoga, or track. your fruit and veggie intake. You can also add device.
