Some people receive a special email invitation, others use a specific Welld web address
Your journey to wellness in Welld may begin with an email invitation. Each email has a unique link that only you can use, which also expires after a day. If the email is more than 24 hours old, you will need to request a new email invitation at https://www.mywelld.com/users/reset_info. A link to this site is located at the bottom of the email.
Create Your Account
Whether you've clicked the Get Started button provided in the email to start registration, or landed on the registration page from a web address given to you, the first step is always to create your profile. Click the CREATE ACCOUNT button to proceed.
Custom Views
Some Welld customers choose to brand their registration pages, so your screen may look slightly different.
Picking a Location
Welld requires every registered use to pick a location. This helps keep the technology happy, but certainly does not commit you to anything specific. You can use the pick list or search by zip code. Click SELECT to choose a club and close the window.
Email Confirmation
If your account has not already been verified, you will receive an email to confirm your account. Reminders to confirm your email address are present throughout the experience. You will receive periodic reminders until you do confirm your email address, though you may continue past this step during initial registration.
Note: You must confirm your email address to unlock many of the features in Welld.
Optional: Select a Program
In some registration processes, you may be asked to select from a large library of programs. Program options will differ from the image below.
Optional: Connect a Physician
Some programs may require you to tell us the name of your physician. Use the search field to find an existing physician in the Welld database. You must enter a minimum of three characters for the search to work. If you cannot find your physician, you can click the link below the search box and add a physician, or click “I don’t have one” to proceed.
Optional: Select a Challenge
Some Welld organizations will offer wellness challenges to certain participants. If available, the Wellness Challenges page will prompt you to add a challenge if offered. Just click ENROLL ME and you will be all set!
Connect a device
You may also be asked to connect a device like a wearable, IE FitBit. You can do this step now or decline and set it up later on your Welld dashboard.
Success!
