CHIRPS 101: Welld Admin Dashboard Tour
Learn what Statuses and Quick links mean in the Program Overview, and what action is needed from you.
Program Overview
The Program Overview is meant to give you and your team an easy visual to see what actions you may need to take to get the most of out of your Check-in Reimbursement Programs.
Clicking the program name in the left navigation will open the Overview page.
Searching is the easiest way to find a participant. Use the search field at the top of the page quickly find an enrollment. Click here for more info on searching for enrollments in Welld.
There are 3 distinct buckets that represent enrollment statuses on the Overview page:
- New actions (active)
- Enrolled
- Post-enrollment
Each of these areas will be broken down individually below, including the Quick links typically found under each section.
The Quick links will take you directly to the List tab, but with a filtered view (e.g. clicking the "Total Referrals (last 30 days)" quick link in the red bucket will take you to a filtered list of all participants who have been registered via the Welld self-registration URL).
Note: Programs will have different quick links. Some of the quick links, such as Touchpoints, may not apply to CHIRPs!
Member Status Categories:
Needs Action: These are members that have been created in Welld but are in some error state with your Member Management System (MMS). There may have been an issue "pushing" them into your MMS, or they were created by a staff member in Welld manually which does yet push to your MMS.
Enrolled: A valid ID means that the member has been successfully registered and pushed to the respective MMS.
Post-enrollment: The member was found ineligible, and as a result, their membership was deemed invalid. Alternatively, a staff member moved the member to post-enrollment status.
Specific Error Statuses:
Push failed - this is a list of member who did not "push" successfully from Welld to your MMS. These may require action from your team, so be sure to click here and review these.
Membership Not Connected: this means the Member ID is missing from the participant record. Most likely the member was manually entered or imported without a valid Member ID.

Invalid benefit ID - This means that in Welld the member's benefit ID to access the fitness program is now invalid.
Missing benefit ID - This means that in Welld the member's benefit ID to access the fitness program is missing.

Membership Sync Issue - Something is off and the logic on the backend isn’t able to continue to confidently tie the associated Membership ID to the participant in Welld.
