How do I sign in to mywelld.com or Reset Password?

Only registered users can access Welld and you must be invited via email and create a username and password.

Audience: All new staff

Your invitation email is your starting point

Just like your participants, your journey into Welld begins with an email. When your supervisor sets up your account, you'll receive an invitation from team@welldhealth.com with a unique activation link — this link is yours alone and can't be shared or reused.

If your email is more than 24 hours old, the link will have expired. Request a fresh one at mywelld.com/users/reset_info — you'll find this link at the bottom of the original invitation email as well.

If you've checked your inbox, junk, and spam folders and still can't find anything, ask your supervisor to resend your invitation.


Creating your account

Click the activation link in your email to begin registration. You'll land on the same account creation screen your participants use — don't worry, Welld knows you're staff.

Fill in your basic profile information, then choose a username and password. Remember: use the same credentials you'll set up for the Support Site.

Using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)? If your organization has enabled 2FA, you'll have one extra step here — you'll complete your 2FA setup before moving on to the HIPAA video. Your supervisor can confirm whether this applies to you.


The HIPAA video

After creating your username and password, you'll be asked to watch a required six-minute HIPAA video. This covers the rules around sensitive and private health information — it's not optional, and it's not skippable.

The confirmation button at the bottom of the page won't become active until you've watched the entire video. Once it does, check the box and click through to complete your registration.

Congratulations — you're officially part of the Welld family.


Signing in after registration

Head to mywelld.com and enter your username and password. That's it.

Forgot your password?

It happens. Click the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page, enter your username, and Welld will send you a reset email. If you've also forgotten your username, the same page can help you look it up.


A note on your two logins

Your Live Site credentials (mywelld.com) and your Support Site credentials (support.welldhealth.com) are separate systems. If you followed the pro tip in 1.2 and used the same username and password for both, this is a non-issue. If you didn't — just keep in mind they may be different.
