Create your Welld accounts
Learn how to access Welld live, training and support sites
Audience: All new staff
Before you start...
By the time you reach this article, you should have already watched your organization's training recording or attended a Virtual Training. If you haven't done that yet, head back to What is Welld? and start there. You'll need that foundation before your accounts will make sense.
You'll also need two things from your supervisor before you can complete this step:
- The link to your organization's training recording (if you haven't watched it yet)
- The shared credentials to log in to the Demo Site
If you don't have both of those, reach out to your supervisor before continuing.
Two accounts to create
You need accounts on two platforms: the Live Site and the Support Site. Here's the good news — setup is straightforward, and we strongly recommend using the same username and password for both. You'll thank yourself later.
Account 1 — mywelld.com (the Live Site)
Check your inbox for an email from team@mywelld.com with the subject line "Activate your role in Welld." This is your personal invitation — the link inside is unique to you.
A few things to know before you click:
- The activation link expires after 24 hours. If your email is older than that, request a fresh one at mywelld.com/users/reset_info — there's also a link at the bottom of the invitation email.
- If you've searched your inbox, junk, and spam folders and still don't see it, ask your supervisor to resend your invitation.
Once you click the link, you'll fill out your basic profile information and choose a username and password. After that, you'll be asked to watch a required six-minute HIPAA video — this is mandatory, and you must watch it in full before you can move on. The button at the bottom won't become clickable until the video is complete, so don't try to skip ahead.
After the HIPAA video, you're in. Welcome to the Welld family.

Once you log in, you'll land on your Dashboard. It may look different from a colleague's — your view is based on your specific role, permissions, and assigned programs.

Account 2 — support.welldhealth.com (the Support Site)
Shortly after you create your Live Site account, you'll receive a second invitation — this one from support@welldhealth.com. Again, check your inbox, junk, and spam if you don't see it right away.
Use the same username and password you chose for the Live Site. Keeping them in sync makes your life easier every single day.
Once you're logged in, you'll have access to your Training Exercises and all technical support articles for your program. You can confirm you're logged in by checking the upper right corner of the screen — if it says "Sign out," you're good to go.

Account 3 — demo.mywelld.com (the Demo Site)
You don't need to create an account here. The Demo Site uses shared credentials that your supervisor will give you — everyone at your organization uses the same login.
Once you're in, you'll see a dashboard that's the same for everyone at your organization. This is your practice environment — use it freely while you complete your Training Exercises.

Quick reference
| Platform | URL | How you get access |
|---|---|---|

| Support Site | support.welldhealth.com | Email invitation from support@welldhealth.com |

✅ Pro tip: Set up both accounts with the same username and password. It takes ten extra seconds now and saves real confusion later.
