CHIRPS: Troubleshooting Push Failed  Errors in Welld

Push Failed What Happened? When a member is registered via the verification page, Welld will “push” them into your MMS. Occasionally, something will cause the member record to make it to Welld, but not to your MMS. These members will be in the Push Failed status. 

 To navigate to your "Push Failed" errors go to the LEFT NAVIGATION MENU in Welld. Then go to your PROGRAMS list, click the program and then by clicking on the “PUSHED FAILED” row you are taken to a list of all the enrollments in that Pushed Failed status.

 

Fixing Users in Pushed Failed:

Step 1


Locate the member in your member management system. Then click the MEMBERSHIP INFO link in the top left of the enrollment screen.

Step 2

Then Click the CONNECT MEMBERSHIP button. 

Step 3

The location will default to the current membership location. Enter the scantag ID (obtained from the MMS) and click the SEARCH button.


Step 4

After confirming who you want to connect, click CONNECT THIS MEMBERSHIP and the person will now move to the Enrolled status.

Result
