CHIRPS Troubleshooting: How to correct Invalid or Missing Benefit ID

Invalid or Missing Benefit ID: What Happened? This member is in the system but with a Missing or Invalid Benefit ID. There may have been an error during the validity check, bad data was imported or the member may have been manually enrolled. 

How to correct: 

  • Click on a member name to open the profile for that person. 
  • Click the Program link at the bottom of the profile. 

     

  • Enter the member’s new or updated Benefit ID and then click CONNECT RENEW ACTIVE/ONE PASS button (or applicable payer).
     
  • Confirm the ID is now showing as Status: valid
