CHIRPS: Loss of Eligibility/Termination of Memberships
Loss of Eligibility means the member has lost access to the fitness benefit they previously had based on the Benefit ID on file in Welld. This can happen even if the member does not have any changes to their insurance plan as the fitness benefit is provided by a third party and not the insurance plan directly.
When a member loses eligibility:
- Welld automatically moves the participant to Post-Enrollment in the Welld Dashboard
- Welld will place a note on the member account in your MMS (Member Management System) that they lost eligibility
- The facility may receive a termination email
- Follow the instructions provided in the note/email to complete the termination of the memberships and ensure no additional visits are provided outside of the reimbursement period
One Pass: Welld revalidates at the beginning of every month. Denied claims will terminate membership when remit reports are received.
Tivity: Welld revalidates twice a month. Denied claims will terminate membership when remit reports are received.
ASH: Welld receives notifications of eligibility changes nightly. Denied claims will terminate membership when remit reports are received.
